Arduino Load Cell / Scale Project

I'm in the process of interfacing an arduino to a load cell from a postal scale.1 brand new postal scale - $20 on ebay1 TI INA125P amplifier chip (free sample from TI)1 10 ohm resistorNow you have the basis for a great programmable scale that can weigh parts or boxes of parts, do parts counting, accept / reject process control, direct process flow and more.Load Cell Project See More

Steve Spence commented on Marcelo Rodrigues's group Arduino
"There's a different number of pins on one side, than the other, and the shield is usually shaped like the underlying Arduino. If that was the reasoning, it's not a very good one ;-)"

Arduino watt hour meter

I built this watt hour meter to track power usage and production for my solar powered ham radio shack. It uses a hall effect sensor to track current, and a voltage divider to monitor voltage. I calculate watt, watt hours, and amp hours.http://arduinotronics.blogspot.com/2012/06/amp-hour-meter-moves-to-protoboard.htmlSee More
