Hey guys! I just wanted to see what's in everyone's toolbox!

I've found carrying around dial calipers is great, because you dont worry about the batteries running out.

I also never go anywhere without super glue, but more importantly super glue accelerant.  If you've ever had that nightmare experience where everything gets superglued except your part, try it out.  It accelerates the drying process of glue so that it sets almost immediately.  Which is better than it setting after you touched it to see if its dry. :P

What are some of the more interesting things you carry around when you're doing projects on the go?

USB to Serial cable.. a good solid one with no screw fasteners..

Also.. Mini screwdriver with shirt clip..  total must.

I hope I don't regret this but : a flash light and Oh Ya, a magnifier glass. I just want to know ??? How do you lose a magnifier glass ? or two, or three ?

OK, tools in box ; At work it first started with calibers, micrometers, measuring lopes for ceramic electronics.

then the basic circuit board assembly tools to build circuits from a blue print. (government work). And then

tool pouch that held anti-static wrist strap and ground cord for the banana plug ESD connect, pointed

tweezers, solder Brade, got to have a round poker with the pointed tools. Accessory's were anti-static lab-

coat, iron and an 10X20X40X zoom microscope with boom. some (government work).
